Pros
This is a company that listens to it's employees and implements change based on their input.
Cons
There have been no down sides. It get's busy and rushed at times, but that is one of the things that makes it great and diverse.
Advice to Senior Management
Continue the outstanding job you are doing. You have made an environment that promotes growth and professionalism.
