    Pros

Flexible work-life balance, good company product with increasing market share, great health benefits, nice colleagues that make you feel like friends and family.

    Cons

Hard to work when on customer sites, challenging work load at times, unclear career opportunities, and projects may be repetitive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Build a career program for employees, attract them to stay and develop within instead of tying them up with "future" compensation and benefits.

I worked at Hermes Microvision full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

People are nice. You can feel like working at a mom and pop company. People can work there as long as they can unless they make huge mistakes.

    Cons

No opportunities and work-life balance. Not a good place for the people who wants learn more and get next level of career. Management seems no experiences and no directions for their subordinate。 Poor leadership. Many managers are lack of responsibilities and don't have vision. Salaries aren't great. Information isn't shared across departments.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get more training. Managements need to think more when they want to promote someone. The opportunity must be fairly base on people's abilities not the years they work there.

Friendly teams, fast growing market share, opportunities to work with top companies in the industry. People are well respected.

    Cons

A bit lonely if working at customer sites. Management is still start-up style to some extent. Need to keep up with the soaring growth of the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Build up a promotion system other than the family style hierarchy.
