    Pros

Community conscience. Tried to give employees fair benefits. Wanted to strive to be the best and would spend resources if needed.

    Cons

I worked at Hershey Entertainment full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Fun culture, lots of fun interacting with guests, I got to push the same buttons every day, so I didn't have to worry about screwing up. Plus, I got to hear myself on the microphone! "Welcome to the Hersheypark Fender Bender"!

    Cons

Lots of vomit to clean up, some guest were just having bad days, and a lot of guest just asked plain stupid questions like "where's the nearest bathroom?" Try answering that question 20 times in 1 shift!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide uniforms with better sun protection, rotate rides more often, provide better (healthier) canteen foods, more after hour activites

I worked at Hershey Entertainment part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Free tickets and entry to the park, make a lot of awesome friends, growth opportunities are easy and frequent, friendly staff, not a terribly difficult job

    Cons

management could use additional training on HR, there's a big lack of professionalism in this department, occasional rude guests, long hours without the permission of the employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't choose obvious favorites among employees, don't be rude or snarky when an employee asks a question, don't talk about certain employees behind their backs. This management could definitely use some additional HR training.

I worked at Hershey Entertainment part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The Lodge was a good work environment, I had approachable managers, very low stress at work, and the pay was fair for the work

    Cons

Organization and restocking my area could have been smoother. The distance between my station and the managers' office made it difficult to get help during busier times

    Pros

They are very forgiving and you learn a lot and have fun. i would recommend this job to almost anyone, and I am fairly certain they would enjoy it.

    Cons

I worked in founders circle and the only bad thing I can say about it is that I had to deal with stupid parents... You should not be getting on a ride that looks like it was made for a 4 year old.
