    Good place to work

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsBenefits are outstanding. Start with four weeks of vacation plus personal time. Tuition assistance is pretty good.

ConsNurses are unionized and the union can make for a mediocore work force. Difficult to have a work life balance. Pay for per diem nurses is very low.

Advice to Senior ManagementChange contract verbiage so that the best person is awarded a position, not the most senior. Better development of managers and directors.

    Good old boys club

    Anonymous (Current Employee)

    ProsVery experienced physicians
    Good residency program

ConsHorrible upper management and is your typical "good old boys" club where they do nothing but look out for the higher ups and cover up everything. HR department is corrupt and won't do anything but help to cover what upper management fails to do.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop treating employees like they are your slaves, pawning off all your work onto those who are your subordinates, and learn to treat people with respect.

    tPSHMC Review

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Hershey, PA

ProsThe benefits at PSHMC are good. Fellow employees are nice.

ConsAt times too many projects being worked on or started at the same time. Due to the size of the campus one may have a distance to travel from assigned parking lot to work area. However there are complimentary shuttle buses that can be used so one does not have to walk.

Advice to Senior ManagementLess meetings and spread projects out over time vs. trying to do everything at once.
