    I have been working at Hertz

    Pros

    never have to stay in the office, get to see and talk to different people everyday.

    Cons

    pay. hours. taking away overtime as a punishment. making you work overtime on a friday night as a punishment until 8pm. too many 11 and 12 hr days in a row. no work life balance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    don't roll your eyes at employees, treat a new employee like a NEW employee they don't know anything about the business so you have to start at square 1 and not expect them to know. don't throw car keys at us. don't smoke in the office during or after business hours.
