Pros – Hertz has one of the most robust reward systems in business today, recognizing individuals for reaching personal goals and corporate mandates with promotions and advancements at every level. Hertz also boost one of the best benefits packages in the corporate world.
Cons – You will work long, hard hours many days, being stretched to your limits of endurance. The expectations are high, and often times the job is thankless. If you are someone that cannot feel rewarded by a job well done and need constant praise you will have some difficulties.
Advice to Senior Management – Constantly review practices and policies to reflect the ever changing landscape of the business.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
