    I have been working at Hertz full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great co-workers and atmosphere, high level of responsibiliy and autonomy for handling business matters and customer interaction, company is growing rapidly, employee is in the driver seat of career path/advancement.

    Cons

    Hard work and the days are not exactly short, but if you have a high motor you will work your way up the ladder very quickly.

    I have been working at Hertz full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The discount's on car rentals and the discounts from Verizon and Sam's Club

    Cons

    I've only been working for Hertz for 4 months and I hated it ever since my second week. Never having enough cars for your reservation, a whole lot of work for such little pay.

    Advice to Management

    Management need to help out more, and stop pulling cars from one location to give to the next without making sure your location has enough cars for their reservations. And stop allowing people to continue to make reservations because when they get there they won't have a car. I've had to walk( turn away )15 customers one night and 3 of them were gold members. Start caring about the people that are the face of Hertz and stop caring so much about how much money you can make. That's why there's such a big turn around.
