    Pros

    Before you get to Assistant Manager position you can make a lot of money on sales bonuses if commit to their shady sales tactics.

    Cons

    Unrealistic sales goals unless buy into shady sales tactics Bonus structure changes after reaching Assistant Manager position Work you to death: long hours, always under staffed. Always running out of cars. Corp. always favors airport over off airport locations.

    Advice to Management

    Customer service is always a problem. Dealt with angry customers every day and there was very little we could do to fix issues.

    Pros

    Challenging work steady work environment job duties constantly changing. The management staff gave good advice and strong ideals to be able to succeed.

    Cons

    Managament was unable to provide conststant feedback, they just gave a book and told me to read it and be able comprehend this.

    Advice to Management

    Provide better training to new associates, and an overall better grasp on new ideas. Provide better guidance to new trainees.
