    Pros

You can learn a lot abt yourself and business by pushing to limits you havent reached before. Resources are all around you but you have to seek them out

    Cons

The hours you put in, not because you are forced but because you want to do well. There is always so much to do and staff levels are lean. Good time managers can overcome these and do well

    Advice to Management

Retool Learning Connection to teach/advise on How Tos and incorporate into how you get promoted

    Pros

Decent pay with bonus incentives for selling. Get to drive a variety of cars. Employee and family discount is great. Overtime is always nice also.

    Cons

10 hour days are exhausting, especially when you have to help clean cars and be on your feet all day. Working on weekends and cleaning the cars myself because of cutbacks to staff is annoying. Always having to sell something is repetitive.

    Advice to Management

It's hard to do more with less. Cutting hours then implementing new procedures that take more time is counter productive. Computer program is outdated.

    Pros

Great coworkers and environment. Pay is great as well, in my opinion. Flexible scheduling is always an option. Awesome company.

    Cons

Seems to take longer than necessary to get login info for rental system, and underscheduling seems to be an issue.

    Pros

The exposure is great. There are plenty of resources at your disposal and you learn the fundamentals of management. Car privileges!

    Cons

horrible pay and lack of training process. Limited mobility in other department and little growth opportunity. Horrible bonus structure. In a nutshell, overworked and under compensated.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time with your new managers to ensure proper training and success.
