Pros
Large Organization with lots of internal support. There are many good people here and many people who are working to restore the company's public image.
Cons
Company is struggling to find its identity between being an enterprise software company like IBM or being a hardware company like the legacy HP business model.
Advice to Senior Management
Plan a direction, and stick to it, and stop letting the media and public opinion bully you into making the decisions.

Got to see how a large company functioned, this being my first real internship. There was a very clear management structure and my team was very supportive.
