* upper management constantly moving around and difficult to keep track of "who's who"

Spend more time trying to keep the current excellent employees would mean less time wasted constantly trying to recruit new ones all the time.

Work life balance, good learning, experience includes working with international colleagues, exposure to different cultures. Challenging assignments and projects. Good benefits, training, internal movement horizontally. Rich history, brandname and strong resilient background of the company.

Career growth opportunities are limited. Some teams have internal politics. Has a culture of over dependence on manager only appraisal, without taking in to account other other types of feedback. Salary is not benchmarked with the best in industry.
Advice to Senior Management
Have 360 degree feedback and appraisal, reduce politics in the teams. Senior management need to be more sensitive. Company lacks clear direction in 2011.
