1) Job Security is good.
2)Good KT sessions will be provided from seniors to freshers.
3)Good team work among teammates.

1)Need to concentrate more on Best Shore Projects.
2)Management for app services should have experience from apps side and not from Printing and Imaging Solutions.

Advice to Senior Management

1)From Best Shore India Perspective Management should concentrate first on local projects and create confidence among employees.

2)Should be more cautious while recruiting top level management,else we may loose existing customers also.

Nothings to describe here. just ok to work for new freshers.

No recognition at work.
Always try to blame if you are really knowledgable compare to your boss.
