    Pros

    Allows teleworking, provides high quality training inmany IT areas to compliment job role, promotes highly regarded corporate policies mean to unify the company adn raise morale.

    Cons

    Communication between workstream on the same account could be improved. Sometime some processes can seem beaureacratic instead fo focused on quality and customer satisfaction.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to lower level employees (the worker bees) and take action on recommendations they make.

    continuous cycles of downsizing, salary cuts during economic crisis completely demoralizing

    Great culture, great people, great brand, great products

    Cons

    Sales channel conflict and lack of client focused strategy reduces ability to grow market share.

    Get focused on delivering business outcomes. Become less transactional and more strategically engaged.

    Pros

    This company has many resources and many opportunities. You are the only one holding you back from growing in this company.

    Cons

    Past CEO's have negatively impacted HP. Meg is making terrific headways but it does take time. I feel confident that she can pull it off.

    Good at creating a high level vision. An industry legend that you want to see succeed

    Cons

    Lost ability to innovate and execute. Management out of touch with the field...and not interested in addressing the issue.

    Listen to the field. They have a lot to offer.

    People focused on doing the right thing

    Cons

    No salary increases. HP Total rewards program does not include them

    Understand what is important to the employees and get them raises. Employees are not a comodity

    Pros

    Reasonable salary and good benefits. Company has good name overall. Starting to reinvest in R&D

    Cons

    Too much management and not enough workers. Culture used to be great but over the past decade it has decayed. Carly started it and Hurd finished it. Reduction of innovation has been devastating

    Cut the executive management staff
