Pros
Interesting project and client work
Cons
Being cut back on progressive basis regarding benefits and base compensation.
Senior Managers looking out for the bottom $$, less so for employee's - the people that bring the $$$
Advice to Senior Management
Get back to reality
Pros
You no longer have worries about what to do with your disposable income
Cons
A seemingly never ending stream of negative HR news and take-aways in compensation, benefits, and working conditions.
Salary increases at 0% or significantly less than the cost of living increase for 5+ years.
Advice to Senior Management
It seems that the shareholders and senior executive pay incentives are far more important than treating the employees fairly. You are mortgaging the company's future in order to enrich yourselves. Financial security may come quicker for you, but not for the rank and file who have contributed most of the savings.
Pros
-Some folks have the option to work from Home.
-regular pay check
-Nice people , doing the best they can.
Cons
-Your a number, and you judged on numbers you make, so everone is playing the numbers game rather than focus on doing good work.
-complex processes not well thought out and poorly implemented
- support tools are terrible.
- negative feedback on processes and tools are ignored. "it is what it is" is the typical response from management
- poor and dated network infrastructure
- poor IT support
- poor employee purchase plan
- low morale
- too much focus on reducing workspace and headcount
Advice to Senior Management
None, they won't listen anyway
