Pros
Some flexible working hours, and provide lot of training to employee
Cons
Greedy CEO who cut employee pay despite company still making profit, further hit to EDSers being migrated to HP, poor policy and lot of back door cut like adding salt to EDS employee omployees' wound, and ironally Q3 shows good profit but no sign of any good return to employee. Mark Hurd never know good employee is valuable asset, his eyes only focus on the financial figure to make shareholder happy. HP will decline with losing good resources eventually.
Advice to Senior Management
Value your resources - they are your valuable assets to make up the good figure in HP financial book.
