Current Employee – been working at Hi-Tech
Pros – Better Feature, with Hi-Tech Elastomers Ltd, so thats why I am feel happy to work with Hi-Tech Elastomers Ltd. Mayur
Cons – No Good Management in Hi-Tech Elastomers Ltd, because of poor management I think I am taking more responsibilities for my better career.
Advice to Senior Management – I want to give advise to Hi-Tech Elastomers Ltd, just manage your company with some best system, if they do that it will be more beneficial for it.
