    Pros

    ????????what ???????

Well, as someone said - the peons are extremely nice.

    Cons

    Favorite food: Butter
Favorite passtime: Insulting and demoralizing people who don't apply butter. Also, interfering in personal lives of employees.
Favorite object: CCTV - used to see who talks!
Favorite slogan : Our way or our way.
    Favorite people: Butter-bearers
Favorite holiday: Labour day perhaps? Making people robotic slaves, deprived of life, hunger and sleep. Also, loss of dignity. Humiliation is a given.
Favorite area: Their "utopian" firm, where top management wear rose tinted glasses and distribute them among the freshers and trainees.
Favorite festival: Recruiting innocent freshers outside Gujarat. Because their ways are well known in Gujarat but not outside.
    Favorite book: The Animal Farm
Motto: All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.

Some golden thoughts that depict the work ethos:

"Come to work if you are sick, with medicines. Experiment with your health and make it worse."

"You are late because of a puncture. How interesting. So, you will know exactly when you are going to make it. We will call you up 10 times to know when you are arriving"

"No. Your leaves won't be sanctioned. Because you are not the butterboy buttergirl that we wanted you to turn into. So work, work, work. Hey, so what you had an emergency? We won't understand. And pester you by calling all the numbers you provided in the records. we will call every family member till you respond."

"we will bend your back but not our pathetic rules, which anyway don't apply to our blue eyed people"

"look at you...backbiting on Glassdoor? what a spineless creature!"

My point on the last sentence - that is what happens in the cabins - backbiting about employees and their personal lives. and how you can aptly "show them their place"

Former Employee - Senior Content Writer in Ahmedabad (India)

I worked at Hidden Brains InfoTech full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Some people are good – the KAKA who prepare and serve tea, the PEON who keep the floor clean, nobody else.

Good: if you are a new in field, if you don’t want to work or grow, if you don’t love your life

    Cons

Senior Managers (working in firm from past 3-4 years) are all time worse. Removing them might help in curbing the cost of running the office. They are more like “Ghar Jamaai”.
Mostly they do personal work in office.
No professionalism. The company is more like school with bad-headmaster.
Worst place to grow as you won’t feel and see yourself growing.
Overall: not a place to cherish. If anybody wants to punish himself, join HB. You won’t regret it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management is big time suck. Only one man is running is the company (hat’s off to him), rest all are just putting on weight. Coming to office in shiny clothes (clean shave) and ordering people, is not all it takes to run a company.

    Pros

Nothing is pros about this company...

    Cons

We keep in mind that every company has pros and cons but why employee give only cons because they faced many problems in company.

I have read all review about Hidden Brains on glassdoor.com and really appreciate to all who give right negative review because positive reviews are wrote by forcefully. Only 5+ years employees are happy because they can't get job in other company due to high salary without updated knowledge. Best company for fresher as well as who want to growth as professional.

    - Rules for only junior level
    - No respect of employee
    - If you come 3 times late then consider half day but what about employee stay late for work
    - Can't take your bag and helmet in office

Just check other company review in this site, you get more and more positive review for that company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No more advice for management because they never change...
