Pros – Work I feel passionate about and go home every day feeling like I played a part in making a difference in someone's life. A team that is committed to providing the best quality healthcare and personnel that treats each patient/ family member as if they are their own family.
Cons – Every patient deserves to receive the highest level of care, treatment and compassion that HCM has set as their standard.
Advice to Senior Management – Never stop raising the standards for patient care.
