    Pros

    International experience, multicultural staff, highly professional, option to expand career. they take good care of employees.

    Cons

    Some times it was difficult to adapt the american culture to the local level. But that was more a challenge than a problem.

    At the local office, the management should care more for the global business and stop thinking local.

    Pros

    Challenging projects, supportive management, team, IT infrastructure, ERP system, clear procedures, fair staff evaluations, benefits, working conditions

    Cons

    Definitely, there are pros and cons, but an optimistic employee would never say that there is a problem without a solution. Even if takes time, any con can be changed to a pro.

    Pros

    No one withi the Hill maagement is against using your prio project experiences to solve Problems on current Project as long as it was a possitive out come to that project ad can be used on Present Project

    Cons

    Hill is a large Corporation with 4,000 + employees there is not much oe on one commuication even with HR every thig has to be doe by computer. If you have worked in a smaller orgaization Hill will be hard to adapt to quickly.

    Become more involved with your lower management.

    Pros

    Hill is provide equal opportunity to all employee, high level of standards and gives opportunity to improve through Hill University and other training programs with reputed training institute (i.e. CMAA) full course.
    Hill`s management provide the client with high quality products and deliver the projects within budget cost and time specified.

    Cons

    The work environment is very good, you can feel that management and the staff are on family. Hill's as others international reputed companies has their own policies and procedure which all should adhere and comply with. I highly recommend Hill International as one of the reputed and respected International company, and I'm willing to work with Hill in anywhere in the world.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hill management are well consider costumer satisfaction are top priority and deliver project with cost, quality and time frame specified by the client is the most important to Hill's project managers.
    I highly recommended Hill to all employers and employees.
