Pros – Some great employees and a few good directors. For the most part, the hourly staff care about the patients and try to do their best.

Cons – Senior management is very concerned with looking good rather than doing good. They hold everyone to a standard which they are unable to comply with. Communication is bad.

Advice to Senior Management – Directors - do what yo know is right, not what you are told to do. Senior management - quit your jobs. Board of directors - don't believe everything you hear from the CEO and VPs, talk to some real employees and hear the truth.
