    Pros

    Fun work environment Easy work goals Ability to advance Good onsite food options

    Cons

    You're so busy most of the time that you barely have time to get up to use the restroom. The pay and bonuses weren't good enough for a sales role. To move up, you have to be mobile for the most part.

    Advice to Management

    Offer better pay and more employment advancement options. The games and competitions are great for motivation.

    Pros

    Great training on the the technical aspects of the tools features and benefits. They do well at training new people and set you up for a reasonable transition to the job.

    Cons

    Policies and procedures and their CRM is archaic. There policies get in the way of productivity.

    Advice to Management

    Spend less time on technical goals and more time on development on the people skills side.
