Pros
Great travel perks, ability to work with different teams within company, flexible work hours, decent cafeteria food (in Beverly Hills location)
Cons
Too many levels of hierarchy, some signs of unprofessionalism from senior executives, not enough performance reviews, low compensation compared to competitive hotel companies
Advice to Senior Management
Open communication from senior executives to overall organization, more competitive compensation package, practice of good ethics a must, structured training program
