    Pros

    Encourage individual empowerment
    Hilton provides a competitive salary
Great training program, very thorough. Includes on the job training as well as computer modules.

    Cons

Hilton tends to over work their employees. When hired it was supposed to be a 40 hour a week position. In reality, I worked 60 hour weeks. This provides a terrible work life balance, being that I worked nights and weekends on a constant basis.
