I worked at Hilton Worldwide full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Learned a lot in a short time in the food and beverage area. Free Food .

    Cons

They do not care about a work life personal balance. They are not accommodating with hours. Learned a lot in food and beverage, they only schedule if convention center is hosting convention. Some weeks only two shifts. Stressed multiple times I only want AM shifts as I got another job. They said your "fully available", I can't wait by my phone for a week for a shift pick up, really un reasonable.

    Advice to Management

Give us more hours so we don't leave!!

I have been working at Hilton Worldwide full-time

    Pros

There were a lot of fun people that worked there. Hotel benefits were always nice when you travel to other states.

    Cons

Managament is aweful and unprofessional. Hours can be long and not a lot of promotional oppurtunities availible.

    Advice to Management

Get a new career because you seem to be burnt out on this one. We are all humans dont be so evil to co workers. Love thy self.

    Pros

Amazing people, decent pay, $2 employee buffet, discounts on Hilton hotels worldwide, gym discounts, and that's about it.

    Cons

No raised for food and beverage dept, no room for growth unless you switch depts, and not enough hrs.

    Advice to Management

Human Resources doesn't care about the employees at the bottom only interested in helping higher authority. A lot of unprofessional managers and supervisors. Do not go there if you don't have thick skin
