    Pros

Management seems decent, for the most part.

    Cons

Most of the people who I worked with didn't seem to care about their jobs or the company they worked for.

  2. The training wasn't the best - I felt like I was thrown into the action without knowing what I was doing.

    Pros

The employees of the Hilton were very good people and fun to work with. The lunch was great too - it came straight from the restaurant and events!

    Cons

Bad training, horrible communication. I remember saying I'd cover a few graveyard shifts and then without asking me, my manager switched me to graveyards. Not cool.

    Advice to Management

The job itself isn't fun, so the pay might as well make up for it.
