I worked at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder part-time for more than a year
Pros – Benefits are excellent and treated staff very well. They are flexible if you have personal issues and they keep you informed of major decisions that can affect your at the company. The attorneys that I supported were excellent to work for.
Cons – Low pay and that's about it. Some of the red tape was annoying. The IT systems could have been better which is difficult given the size of the firm to change and update quickly. There were more efficient ways of doing things.
Advice to Senior Management – Make sure you connect will all the offices on procedures so every office is on the same page.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Pros – Pays close to market rate.
Cons – Big egos, little communication regarding compensation, no mentoring, no professional advancement oppurtunities.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat those below you better.

I have been working at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder
Pros – Relatively large law firm
Complexity of work
401K matching - really good benefits
Cons – Lack of diversity and inclusion
Lack of mentoring and professional training
Emphasis on quantity over quality
Advice to Senior Management – Mentor...communicate...diversify...include
