Cons – Noticed total lack of coordination during engineering of layout, mechanical, civil, structural, electrical & instrumentation - leading to utter chaos during installation & commissioning.

Advice to Senior Management – Require greater transparency between situational demand of the assignment and the capability of the person being earmarked for the same.
