    2. You got to work in multiple domain .

    1. No career plan for a employee, you will be working jobs which are supposed to be done by others requiring much less competence.
    2. Poor career progress
    3. They keep on moving engineers irrespective of their field of interest, making them frustrated of their job.
    4. HR has very poor role.

    Pros

The only pro that still keeps me working in this company is the high salary especially for fresher..

    Cons

Worst work culture...Hpcl recruits bright engineers and posts them in highly mundane jobs...the biggest problem is the atrocious working hours in Management cadre ......minimum 10 to 12 hrs expected to work...including sundays..that too in highly repetitive jobs...ACUTE manpower crunch.if u can forget about job satisfaction and work life balance for money. .tiis company is suitable

    Advice to Management

Recruit adequate manpower...to stop very high attrition rates..each person doing two people's jobs will bring down efficiency and satisfaction...
