    Pros

    - if you are good at buttering, then u will get very good jumps.
    - good brand name in rajasthan
    - Job stability.,..

    Cons

    - HR has failed. totally . they will talk only when u have resigned ..
    - Salaries are low ( compared to harsh working conditions, high accidents in plants , poor safety)
    - Sr mangment talk about importance of safety but... is too stingy to even spend money on regular painting of structures ,, which are 50 yrs old,., corroded . lot of accidents happened due to structure failure..
    - work life balance is poor,, few people forced to work >12 hr/day... manager has to take report at 5am from plant and give to his senior by phone.. ( 5am to 6am sleep wastage).... then he will get ready (7am to 7.30am) catch bus (7.40am-8am),,,, full day work at plant ( 6pm) ... then will again take plant report ( 10-10.30pm)... plus phone calls from plant in night also ( 2/3/4/5 am any times...) ..... - Hardly 10% of staff gets posting in main udaipur or chittorgarh, others are min 50km away from nearest cities.
    - No events in colony ... for social life... remember ---- doing pooja in colony is not an event...
    - Postings are 50-80 km away from main cities,,, in case of work,,, u have to drive ur personal car to nearest city...
company will not give taxi ...

    Advice to Management

    - Where is training of employees.. ???
remember Dupont, sustainability meetings are not training... these are practices which HZL has to adopt... to survice.. give proper training,.,.,. send to IIT / IIM ...
HOD sends only those guys to training which are not required for plant operation ... leading to same set of people getting all type of trainings.. ( around 20% same people gettting 80% training).
    - Some managers level people have nt got training last 3-5 years..
    - Tell shareholders we will not generate profit increase this yr but will use that profit to improve safety in plants..
