I worked at Hire Thinking
Pros – Great opportunity to be assigned as a third party staff member for top tier firms in both financial services and products and services industries.
Work hard to intergrate third party staff into the general population of the assigned organizations.
Cons – It's all about meeting placement goals -- but without the tools available to be competitive with agencies.
Management out of touch with on site staff.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

I have been working at Hire Thinking
Pros – The employees are pretty nice and helpful. The people in charge take time to speak with you about the job. The office is clean. When you arrive for the first time, they do all your testing at once. They have a limited health insurance plan that you can start immediately, too.
Cons – You're not guaranteed a job. You must call once a week to stay on their roster.
You might not get a lot of info about the job until you hit the job site, depending on Adv, Stafing's communication and the customer company.
Advice to Senior Management – Expand your waiting room area. The testing and waiting room is very tiny and cramped. It would benefit the capmany to spilt these areas in two.

I have been working at Hire Thinking full-time for more than 3 years

Cons – Lack of regular pay raises
Advice to Senior Management – Give employees regular raises to prevent them leaving.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at Hire Thinking
Pros – Currently there are some strong IT recruiters who work in the company
Cons – There are not enough recruiters to fill open jobs. As the delivery model is changing to a National Recruiting Modeil, they will have big challenges with delivery for quite a while.

I have been working at Hire Thinking
Pros – Local supervisors are the people you see and are decent or good to work with.
Cons – If there is work to do, they will suddenly need you. Otherwise you will not hear from them, but that is the nature of the contracting business. They pay poorly because they take as much money as possible for themselves.
Advice to Senior Management – Give a car allowance and pay at least 25/hr for trainers and leads.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
