    Pros

If you are looking to start an IT career this is a great place to start. Big projects done with great people.

    Cons

Lack of management consulting opportunities. Employee reviews are poorly handled. Only true way to climb the ladder is time in seat. Don't expect to jump ranks quickly if you do a good job.

    Advice to Management

Completely redevelop the career advancement tracks.

Need to bring in external leaders and get rid of senior non performing managers.
Bring consistency of approach of performance assessment at all levels.
