    Pros

Awesome coworkers and supervisors. Lots of cross-training in various jobs.

    Cons

The company refuses to hire on any of its temporary workers, even after someone has been there for over TWO YEARS.

    Advice to Management

Don't let good hard workers slide through your fingers!

  3. This company puts out a good product, however it's management stinks.

    Pros

Standard aerospace materials house using the latest technologies and making a very good product.

    Cons

The management suffers from the "good ole boy" scenario where the best and smartest workers leave after experiencing this and the ones that are left are "in the club"

    Advice to Management

No advice. The issues that exist are those that are part of small high-tech companies. Very hard to change.

    Pros

Coworkers are good people; friendly, helpful, etc.

    Cons

Seems very disorganized and disconnected. I have been cross-trained (sparsely) in several areas in the few months I've been there, but it seems like they never know until the last minute where to put me for the day, or anyone else. Also time-wasting things like having to write down which department and parts I worked on when it's all logged into a computer anyway...? They also apparently won't pay people for overtime when they are made to work more than 40 hours in a week. I'll walk out before I deal with that

    Pros

    Good company to intern for.

    Cons

Can be disorganized, lots of management changes currently

    Advice to Management

Moving people around and shifting positions is something that should be well thought out before executing. Lots of employees are over-pressured and results in lack of performance. Hire more people.

  7. No recognition to the hard working employees!

    Pros

Dedicated employees who are willing to go out of the way to help other employees. The knowledge base of the employees are transferred to other co-workers.

    Cons

Slave drivers!!! Personal life of the employee is not worth anything to upper management!

    Advice to Management

    Please recognize the dedicated employees
