Pros – Hoerbiger pays salaried employees pretty well, it's a stable environment, offer some tuition reimbursement, people are open and nice, incetives to do well with employee of the quarter program.

Cons – It's hard to move up or around in the company, meager raises and bonuses, people are not overwhelming happy, slow to give important training.

Cons – Overseas ownership structure sometimes slows down decision making process making it difficult to make changes as quickly and as often as desired.

Advice to Senior Management – Continue listening to the shop floor and supervisors for ideas on how to improve the way things are done - they have a lot of good ideas.

Pros – Very undefined workplace, meaning you can almost do whatever you want. If you have the right mindset and play it smart, you can easily travel the world, stay in good hotels, attends meetings where you please to go and get promoted for being vocal.

Cons – Relationships define career progress not performance. Low performance employment mentality. Biased management and biased work ethic towards self-optimization and silo building.

Advice to Senior Management – fire a few people and get pro's in - the business has potential is held back by current infights and dealings of internal matter.
