    Pros

Great environment ! I love working here. Fun place to work at and very good opportunities to grow.

    Cons

Nothing, I like pretty much everything :) the location is not the best when you have a long commute but the parks across the street makes my commute worth it !

    Pros

People all work very hard to get the job done. For the most part, fun work.

    Cons

Not enough people to comfortably do their jobs well. Lot's of beaurocracy to add to the problem.

    Advice to Management

Get better organized or hire more people. Pay fair wages to keep performers around. Move tenured people on, they're perpetuating a bad system.

    Pros

Professional. Stable. Tradition of excellence. Other than that, nothing, this place is in the wrong track.

    Cons

Consolidation with PCL is ruining a once proud cruise line. We're being Disneyfied. Finance leadership were all 'retired'. Morale is zero.

    Advice to Management

Do something truly creative. Be the 'green' line.

    Pros

HAL has over all good benefits and a decent travel benefit if you like to cruise. Queen Ann Location is great for Down Town Seattle access. Internal university courses available to help with self improvement goals.

    Cons

work culture at the corporate office is fragmented. Depending on your current department and work goals, chances for advancement are slim. Management does not actively work to foster your career path.

    Advice to Management

Career Paths are set for ship board employees, the same thing should be done for Corporate employees so there are clear goals and steps to take to achieve those goals.

    Cons

No work/life balance. Internal politics very toxic. Good luck booking your "annual free cruise"!!

    Advice to Management

Cut out the politics! This could be a great company!

    Pros

Nice Cafeteria workers. Cute little perks. Benefits okay.

    Cons

I worked there for over 4years and I am just now getting my soul back. Management is horrible! The hand never knows what the foot is doing. There is pressure to make unrealistic sales goals-the QA is really unfair-and it feels like the seventh circle of hell. Do not do phone work especially for this company --you are just a very small wheel in a very large cog. You are a robot. Plain and simple. And don't get me started on the wage! 11 cents a year? I could make more at Mcdonald's.

    Advice to Management

Support your employees better, give them a decent living wage and get it together! You are all morons.
