Details
Pros
One of the few positive things I can say about working at Hollander Home Fashions was the casual dress code.
Cons
It was stressful to see the waves of high turn-around in all areas from the factories to the corporate office.
Advice to Senior Management
Show more respect to the non-manager associates. Treat the employees like you would like to be treated yourselves. it's a business, not a caste system.
