Pros – Great culture. Laid back environment. Very sharing monetarily. Regular raises and bonuses, flex time and regular continuing education.
Cons – Somewhat hard to make friends as a new employee.

Pros – Team atmosphere, family oriented, nominated AIA Intern Friendly Firm, high level of communication, quarterly incentive program, focus on personal development via Design U.
Cons – I cant think of any at the moment. I have had a great experience and I am really looking forward to the future.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what you are doing....you have the your staff's interests at heart!
