I worked at Holy Redeemer Hospital and Medical Center

    Pros

The employees are great and follow the values of the Catholic hospital. Patient care is definately the number one priority. Physicians are approachable and knowledgeable. Employees recognition programs are in place and are often used.

    Cons

Many managers did not treat people as they expected to be treated. Some managers are down right mean but I quess you have that everywhere you do.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Healthcare is going through some tough times right now. Employees are nervous. Be nice, that goes a long way.
