    Pros

There are great coworkers and excellent benefits as well as optional FSA programs. Also job security with UAW and a place to accept advancement with in agency.

    Cons

Very stressful at times due to workers over loaded with high demand of meeting federal standard of promptness when also having to maintain a caseload of 700 cases

    Advice to Management

Be open to listen and not allow the numbers of reports to make you want to come down on staff because remember we have the caseload to maintain at the end of the day.

    Pros

The clients make it worth staying...thats it.

    Cons

Please dont waste your time here. Pretty simple
    Companion pay 8.25
    PCA/ NA pay is 8.35
    CNA pay is 8.55
You are worth more. Overtime pay is non existent. Its not time and a half like its federally mandated to be. The office is completely falling apart internally and the favorites list is compiled of those workers who simply wont ask questions when they should be!
Most caregivers are working over 100 every 2 weeks because the office takes on more than they can handle. I strongly encourage to read the companion exemption act before taking this job! They will try to pull one over on anyone. Money hungry and bad business for sure.

    Advice to Management

GET YOUR ACTS TOGETHER. BE IN COMPLIANCE.

    Independence in your daily routine.

    Cons

Scant hours. Five hours per week.

    Advice to Management

Don't hire someone if there are no available hours.

    Pros

Constant communication with management and client's. Owned by former Navy Chief and Salem Police Officer. Flexible schedules to allow for work/life balance - great for mom's looking to get back to work (like me). Certified Senior Adviser and Brain Injury Specialist on staff. Management has 19 year TBI caregiver on staff.

    Cons

Service area, where Caregivers travel to give care, is limited to Southern NH up to the Concord Area. Currently no Caregivers traveling North of Concord.
