    Pros

    If you have the right manager this place is ok to work for. Most people are stressed out 24/7 about losing their jobs and the upper management reminds you of it constantly.

    Cons

    If you don't sell, you're fired. If you DO sell and the contractor decides to turn off their leads before 24 hours, you could get fired. You have to lie to contractors and tell the what they want To hear and not what will actually benefit them. This place is a terrible place to work now and I would RUN far and fast.

    Advice to Management

    Stop threatening our jobs even after we submit sales. Denied legals, leads off etc... OUT OF OUR CONTROL!!!

    Pros

    The little deli is nice, the campus is beautiful with some good excercise options. Parking is decent. Close to resturants. Hour lunches. Potential to make some good money.

    Cons

    Loud and childish. Management is more into being buddies then running things. I actually was made fun of for asking my co workers to please be quite while I was on the phone. My boss joined in. Tricycle races in the middle of the office make it so loud you can't even make calls during that time. If you are unable to make sales you are gone. I left because the stress was to much.

    Advice to Management

    It's a place of work. Treat it as such.

    Pros

    They try to do their best by offering lots of entertainment, like games or pizza days and cubicle decorating for holidays.

    Cons

    Those entertainment's don't do anything to add to the work or value. It gets boring fast, and upward movement is only for the mediocre. Plus, having the corporate team in the same building as customer service creates a decent amount of animosity and bitterness

    Advice to Management

    Actually make it engaging and useful. Don't be afraid when someone wants to learn.

    Pros

    If you get placed on a good team with a good manager you have a fair amount of freedom and latitude to do your job, and you can make some decent money.

    Cons

    They churn sales people, so the support needed to succeed isn't always there. They don't do a good job of supporting their clients so the sales team is left holding the bag and the company doesn't uphold promises that they tell the sales team to make. pay structure is continually being adjusted so that you must reach ever higher goals to maintain your income.

    Pros

    Co-Workers, Environment, Culture, Company Events, work-life balance

    Cons

    Constantly changing commission plan. Changing styles of management. Zero job security (if you don't sell, you will be gone quick.) Not a very stable work situation

    Advice to Management

    Less micro-managing and more input from employees. Quit always asking for more and giving less in return. This is a wonderful place to work if you can manage to get into some of the more prestigious departments. Corporate positions receive yearly bonus' and have a much more relaxed work environment. The sales department is good to work for, but they will work you to the bone and keep asking for more. An average 1st year sales rep will make about $40,000, don't let them fool you with the constantly changing voodoo commission plan. Very good fit if you are extremely aggressive, competitive, and have a lot of energy. All in all I would recommend this job for any younger sales professionals.

    Pros

    Benefits, easy location. 8 to 5 job. Some really nice people to work with. free pop and basketball hoops for your breaks.

    Cons

    Very unreasonable sales quotas for new trainees. Treated like a # instead of a employee. In their new eight week training program. They give you a beaten to death customer call list. Then fire you after eight weeks of training with less than 4 sales.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees like people not stats. Get a better training program, this program is very very unorganized.

    Pros

    Very positive people all around. Diverse staff. 8-5 job. Free soda and occasional food trucks and other perks.

    Cons

    Doesn't value employees in the long run. Sees people as the number of sales they made and not as people. Very unorganized new training program. Baiting and switching contractors and promising them leads to jobs that aren't always legitimate. Selling internet marketing services to a customer base that doesn't understand or see a need for the digital world. (They only want word of mouth because it's free). Impossible to sell to busy contractors in the summer because we're selling them more work and management has few tips to overcome this objection. Hard to sell a service that makes people who aren't good communicators and work with their hands for a living a tool that requires them to communicate through.

    Advice to Management

    Value your employees for being ethical . Don't tell women that the only way to sell the service is to flirt with the customer. That implies that the service doesn't have any redeeming qualities to begin with. Ethical people should not work here. Severely unprofessional environment that sees people as dialing machines and as a replaceable number and values people that sell no matter what to older contractors who aren't the target market and won't even fit the service well.

    Pros

    No good reason to work there, management never listens to you and extremely unable to help when you have issues or unable to meet sales metrics

    Cons

    Leads are terrible, and if you can't sell on the phone you might as well look the other direction because the management is awful and if you can't get 3 sales a week, you are booted out.

    Advice to Management

    offer more training, and be available when and an associate needs help or needs improvement.
