Details
Pros
Firstly,the sector was booming and the company invested a lot.
Secondly, the nature of the business did not put the upper management face to face a lot.
Cons
After the crisis the company could not handle the process.
The lack of upper management made things worse.
A place that u would never want tobe. Time&Effort loss.
Advice to Senior Management
Have no word for a mentality like this
