Working with really nice people and there was always stuff to do when the store wasn't busy.

    Pros

The management cares about their employees and want to see them succeed. The culture of the company is ver conducive to a relaxed and positive work environment.

    Cons

It is a relaxed work environment but it is unfortunate because the management changes over so fast. As the average employee this can be disconcerting
