Pros
Good work ethics, emphasis on training and cetification of employees' skills, organized career development and progessional growth process, decent salaries and overall good business stablity, global and with an interesting relocation plans among their multiple plants in the world.
Cons
Slow and bureocratic, changes take forever even benefits are obvious and low hanging fruit like, approvals need to come from corporate, goals and objectives contradictory among different departments, obsessed with 6 sigma even though the company has enormous opportunities to become leaner and more profitable by just using common business sense.
Advice to Senior Management
It is a good company to work with, they will take cae of you and round up your talent with decent training programs. Need to identify and develop talent more than value seniority of untalented employees. It can take a lot of time to receive an opportunity to grow.
