Pros
Work / life balance, friendly environment, the pay and benefits were good, i was able to get work off for doctor appointments
Cons
i did not receive feedback from my manager on a consistent basis, general office politics, i was not challenged regularly
Advice to Senior Management
I actually really enjoyed my time at Honeywell, but I would say to value your employees more and listen to them
