Honeywell International Software Engineer in Mississauga, ON (Canada): (Past Employee - 2007)

“Big company, and politics.”

Pros

Large Company, Big projects, relaxed environment as an engineer. Most people you work with are nice there and not much infighting. I just the way they handle budgets and all, each team is like a company itself and has to fight for money, and the upper management is seem willing to fund the project that gives them the most exposure and fame.

Cons

Upper management play a lot of politics and bureaucracies

Advice to Senior Management

Take more risks.
