    I have been working at Honeywell full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Very result driven. Well established organization and a lot of resource you can leverage in your daily work
    Focusing on new product development and VOC. New product launch is a critical task for all business people.
    Quite stable company and you can just stay if you want to say

    Cons

    Too short term focus without long term development vision and strategy except for some business unit;
    Take too long time to update STRAP which is a 5 year development strategy every year.
    Too afraid of making mistakes, especially for senior leadership
    Lack of direct and straight communication to senior leadership. Everybody is guess big boss's thought
