Not identifying the right person for recognition and promotion
Soaping is there everywhere
Managers are not ready to take the responsibilities in critical situations, they always blame those who works under them
Advice to Senior Management
Recognize the right people rather than those who talk much !!! please conduct a review why the attrition rate is very high nowadays, none are going because of less salary... they are going because of the partiality of managers.

Nice atmosphere
Less tensions in work
Cons
Not much technical growth individually
routine job usually
Pros
If u want a stable job...u can opt for it
Cons
late night work
no work life balance
incompetent supervisors
Time in is strict and time out is no guarantee
Advice to Senior Management
-Change of work culture is a must...Need some professionalism. If coming to office should be on time then going should also be on time. However, the reality here is employee comes at 8.30 am sharp and goes home only somewhere after 8.30pm, which is not fair.
- The salaries structure is not as per market standards. Lot of gender biased attitude is shown.
-Work culture is horrible. They treat engineers as slaves....that too cheap labour
Pros
Work life balance
Not so strict on office timings
Need not be technically so good for survival if you know good politics.
Cons
Worst politicised environment to the extent that you cant trust anyone in the higher management. (Exceptionally a few gems are there that are hard to identify)
Most incompetent workspace where so called senior techies & architects will infringe your gratitute to earn one for them.
They don't recognize your talent if you stay there for more years only praise in words, but no means of that in package.
Advice to Senior Management
Enough of cost cutting and cheating around employees by fake bonus & benefits. If you want to revive back as the old Honeywell, lots of crooked foxes needs to be pushed out of the senior management.
Pros
-Great brand name
-Well maintained office spaces and services
-More than "ok" quality food
Cons
-Very low pay when compared to industry
-Lost in the ocean
-Local politics
-No growth opportunities
-Very moderate hikes
- Work life balance ultimately depends on the project. If the project is too imp, forget ur home and bring some cushion and matress to sleep at the cubicle.
