    Pros

Basically there aren't much to do. Good for retiring. But depends on what team you are in. People there are very nice and friendly.

    Cons

Basically there are no challenges, nothing to learn. Not for people who are hard working and talented.

I worked at Hong Kong Polytechnic full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

A very good working environment and nice colleagues. As a staff you can use University library and gym.

    Cons

The salary is not very high and there is no commission or bonus like any other companies or organizations.

    Advice to Management

    Very good

    Pros

Facilities are good with swimming pool, gym...
    Working environment is convenient.
Relationship with other staff is harmonious.
    Free working hours.

    Cons

Canteen's food is cheap but unacceptable.
Too crowded in the campus, usually no seats in the lib.
The approval of PHd's degree in worldwide is averagely not high.

    Pros

meet many people, working hours are flexible if your boss is in business trip. many people could advise you for many technical questions. the dietary fee is somewhat low in campus. use all the facility.

    Cons

OT time is long is your boss in on duty. mostly ot till 10pm. uncertain lunch time, did not contain the benefits from permanent staff.(mine is contact based)

    Advice to Management

    see what your boss think.

    Pros

Kind management. good atmosphere for work. I think it's about company values. compensation are high relative to other industries.

    Cons

I studied here. love this campus. I think it's about values too. Universities are thinking of making money instead of nurturing qualified talents. This is also shown in my division.

    Pros

    Paid on time
    Friendly colleagues
    Free accommodation nearby
    Cheap meals

    Cons

    Very low salary
No support or enthusiasm for project within department

    Advice to Management

Project didn't seem to have any meaning, was an internship so very little financial reason to care but it made me wonder if the company received subsidies for providing internships.
