    Pros

Good Colleague. Bank benefit- especially medical and hospital. wide branch network. powerful customer base. Can get high offer if you have experience and jump over here.

    Cons

Very weak credit parameter. weak product. No ready to develop new product. always be 1 step slower than market leading bank. slow approval for business banking during loan submission. Limited knowledge for most branch manager, only know sales sales sales. Management do not have full picture on market outlook. Even product team is overall weak. more than 50% turnover rate. Most sales staff do not get proper incentive

    Advice to Management

Not to try newly setup dept. only can join those dept or position has been stable for at least 3 years. it just can be a stepping stone of your career. For PFS/CFS: if you are not ready to be branch manager, please quit.

    Pros

Good engagement with the peers and supervisors. Consider high compensation but given high target as well. Adequate training is given upon joining the company.

    Cons

High target is given to individual. Personal growth is limited and staff benefits such as housing loan, car loan are less attractive to other banks. Outdated and slow information system for loan processing and approval.

    Advice to Management

Management shall consider give attractive staff benefits to retain the staff. The management shall upgrade the information system to compete with other banks and to expedite the processes.
