Pros – HSH is a very friendly and seemingly flat organization within each hotel. You will have many chances to talk to the C-suite and even the chairman throughout your time here. The comp benefit that comes with employment is nice.

Cons – Even though you interact with higher management a lot, the career trajectory is unclear and there is a lot of red tape. They love to pick at nitty gritty details, so it isn't a company for people who hate to read the small print.
