Pros – it is a small company, the people are very kind, you learn a lot about archival work, and the city of Holland is awesome.

Cons – It is almost too small, it isn't very social in the office, the interns do hardly anything, the company is split amongst buildings

Advice to Senior Management – I think you guys have done a great job at Hope College. The archives run very smoothly and it is very organized.
